A港航空股持續走強,民航局放寬國內航線航班准入

A股航空板塊早盤低開高走,隨後高位震盪,截至發稿,航空股全線飄紅。國航領漲逾6%,華夏航空漲5.7%,吉祥航空漲5.1%,南航、東航漲近4%,海航、春秋航空等跟漲。

A兩市航空股進一步拉昇,主要受民航局放寬國內航線航班准入政策的消息影響。915日,民航局運輸司副司長靳軍號通報放寬部分國內航線航班的准入政策,主要有兩方面措施:一是放開核准航段每週最大航班量限制。二是放寬涉及北上廣三大機場支線航線准入限制。調整後,2019年旅客吞吐量在100-200萬間的32個機場至北上廣航線,將不受通航點數量的准入門檻限制。

 

隨着國內航空需求持續恢復,航空公司持續減虧。根據飛常準大數據分析,在暑運帶動下,8月份中國內地航線航班執行量繼續保持穩定,中國內地機場8月日均起降超過28000架次,實際執飛航班37萬班次,較7月環比提升12%8月單日最高已接近2018年的日均起降水平。

2020年二季度,三大航淨利潤虧損收窄13%,扣除匯兑和投資損失,國航、南航和東航利潤總額虧損收窄29.7%17.7%6.7%。預測三季度內線收益降幅收窄至15%左右,航司單季度淨利潤轉正的確定性提升。

 

93日開始,民航局宣佈重啟9條往來北京及八個疫情已受控國家的航線,包括泰國、柬埔寨、希臘、丹麥、瑞典等。服務將陸續在93日起逐步恢復,而來自其他地區的航班將會被轉至12個其他城市的機場。

同時,十一黃金週即將到來,隨着疫情逐步得到控制,疫苗順利研發的消息不斷傳來,出行信心進一步得到提升。壓制近1年的出行需求,有望在今年十一長假集中爆發。幾大因素疊加,共同助推航空股集體走強。

 

中金研報指出,航空作為接觸型行業是受疫情影響最嚴重的板塊之一,在疫情之中盈利和股價均受到大幅損害,但當前基本面和股價的最低點均已過。疫苗年內落地或是大概率事件,如果疫苗上市,航空股或將迎來第一波上漲,如果疫苗接種範圍廣泛且效果出色,航空股或將迎來第二波上漲。
