达美航空抵押「飞凡哩程常客计划」取得65亿美元贷款应急
美国达美航空(Delta Air Lines)(DAL.US)表示,将透过抵押「飞凡哩程常客计划」(SkyMiles)借贷65亿美元应对新冠疫情带来的影响,为第三间美国航空公司利用类似计划寻求贷款度过新冠危机。
达美航空将以该计划作抵押,出售优先抵押票据及借取新贷款,该计划将把借贷筹得资金给予达美航空,部分则会放进储备帐户。公司截至6月底持有160亿美元现金,目前每日现金消耗2,700万美元。
联合航空及美国航空早前亦透过抵押同类的客户计划,分别取得约50亿美元贷款。
