格隆匯9月15日丨光明地產(600708.SH)公佈,公司2020年8月新增房地產項目1個。公司控股子公司宜興鴻立東方旅遊地產開發有限公司通過掛牌方式(政府平台招拍掛出讓)取得了江蘇省宜興市丁蜀鎮竹海嶺上G地塊,地塊編號:宜地(2020)30號。
該項目四至範圍為東為規劃道路、南為丁張公路、西為紅衞壹號、北為現狀空地。項目用地面積為18646平方米。容積率為不高於0.8。計容建築面積為14916平方米。土地用途為其他商服用地。土地使用年限為40年。土地成交總價為人民幣4083萬元。公司目前擁有該項目93%權益。
