人匯強內房股升逾2%-8.5% 中國恆大彈力最強
內地監管當局持續對資金違規流入房地產領域進行打擊。不過，人民幣對美元今天中間價上調139點子報6.8222，創16個月高。主要內房股今天全面發力，尤其是據報去年以逾47億元購入恆地(00012.HK)和生圍地皮的中國恆大(03333.HK)由逾三個月低位急彈，股價曾一舉重越10天線及20天線(16.65元及17.7元)，最高見17.88元，現造17.46元，急彈8.6%，成交倍增2,316萬股，涉資4.03億元。
融創中國(01918.HK)重越10天及20天線(32元及33元)，最高見33.5元，現造33.05元，續彈4.5%。佳兆業(01638.HK)續升4.7%報4.49元，直逼9月7日所創逾兩年高位4.58元。
碧桂園(02007.HK)重越20天線(9.82元)，最高見10.08元，現造10.04元，續彈3.9%，為表現最強藍籌；同為藍籌潤地(01109.HK)/中海外(00688.HK)及萬科(02202.HK)升逾2%，後兩者股價重越10天線(21.4元及24.45元)，分別報21.65元及24.55元。
美的置業(03990.HK)重越10天線(18.96元)，最高見19.48元，現造19.42元，回升4.1%。旭輝(00884.HK)續彈4.6%，報6.34元，股價重越10天及100天線(6.22元及6.26元)。中國奧園(03883.HK)重越10天線(8.5元)，最高見8.82元，現造8.78元，續彈4.5%；綠城中國(03900.HK)續升5.7%報11.2元，創半年高；新城發展(01030.HK)重越10天及20天線(6.98元)，最高見7.03元，現造6.99元，續升5.9%；寶龍地產(01238.HK)最高見6.23元，暫受制8月所創上市高位6.32元，現造6.15元，續升5.9%。
禹洲地產(01628.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、金茂(00817.HK)、龍光地產(03380.HK)、雅居樂(03383.HK)、合景泰富(01813.HK)及中海宏洋(00081.HK)升逾2%-4%，後兩者最強分別報13.98元及4.94元。
中國銀保監會下發有關險資運用違規問題和風險自查通報，其中險資違規流入房地產領域，涉及5家保險公司，金額244.37億元人民幣。當局下一步將加大非現場監管和現場檢查力度，對於自查不合格及整改不到位的，將依法採取限制保險資金運用形式與比例。
國家統計局數據顯示，內地8月各線城市新建商品住宅銷售價格環比漲幅略擴大，二線城市二手住宅銷售價格環比漲幅回落。一線城市新建商品住宅和二手住宅銷售價格同比漲幅有所擴大，二三線城市同比漲幅回落或與上月相同。
