友誼時光(06820.HK)：控股股東擬無償贈予8000萬股作為獎勵計劃的股份儲備
格隆匯 9 月 14日丨友誼時光(06820.HK)公佈，於2020年9月14日，公司的控股股東蔣孝黃決定於三年內無償間接贈予合共8000萬股公司股份(佔於公告日期公司已發行股份總數的3.66%)作為股份獎勵計劃的股份儲備。
為實施上述股份贈予，於英屬處女羣島註冊成立的公司Agile Eagle Holdings Limited(由蔣孝黃全資擁有)已決定注入合共27,668股Purple Dream Holdings Limited股份，作為股份獎勵計劃的股份儲備。由於Purple Dream Holdings Limited直接持有Purple Crystal Holdings Limited的100%的已發行股份，而Purple Crystal Holdings Limited直接持有公司144,574,384股股份，因此，於Purple Dream Holdings Limited的27,668股股份(佔於Purple Dream Holdings Limited已發行股份總數的55.336%)為於公司8000萬股股份的間接權益。
有關股份將由股份獎勵計劃的受託人按以下方式贈予Friends Together Holdings Limited(一間於2020年7月在英屬處女羣島註冊成立的專供股份獎勵計劃實施的公司)：於2020年12月31日前贈予13,834股Purple Dream Holdings Limited的股份(有關股份則間接持有公司4000萬股股份，佔於公告日期本公司已發行股份總數的1.83%)；於2021年12月31日前贈予6,917股Purple Dream Holdings Limited的股份(有關股份則間接持有公司2000萬股股份，佔於截至公告日期公司已發行股份總數的0.91%)；及於2022年12月31日前贈予6,917股Purple Dream Holdings Limited的股份(有關股份則間接持有公司2000萬股股份，佔於截至公告日期公司已發行股份總數的0.91%)。
