東方雨虹(002271.SZ)：擬在重慶江津區設子公司及建設綠色建材生產基地、成渝區域總部項目
格隆匯 9 月 14日丨東方雨虹(002271.SZ)公佈，公司為充分踐行綠色建築、綠色建材、節能建築等國家戰略，不斷豐富綠色建材產品品類，提升產品品質，實現產品結構的優化升級，滿足公司的戰略發展規劃及因產品應用領域不斷擴大而帶來的市場需求，進一步擴大公司在西南地區的生產與供貨能力，促進產能分佈的持續優化，同時為更好地引進生產及技術人才，強化人才隊伍建設，改善當地員工的辦公環境和研發生產環境，增強員工的穩定性，提升公司的核心競爭力，公司於2020年9月3日與重慶市江津區人民政府簽訂了《項目投資協議書》。
協議約定公司擬投資14億元在重慶江津區投資建設東方雨虹綠色建材生產基地及成渝區域總部項目。其中，生產基地項目預計投資總額12億元，計劃在土地交付之後6個月內開工建設，開工之日起24個月左右陸續投產，建設內容為新型建築防水材料、節能保温密封材料、新型功能塗層材料、特種砂漿及綠色民用建材等產品的研發、生產；成渝區域總部項目預計投資總額2億元，計劃在土地交付之後6個月內開工建設，開工之日起36個月內建成運營，建設內容為公司及旗下各公司、各品牌的辦公、會議、培訓、研發、展示、接待、結算及居住等功能的實現，詳情請見《北京東方雨虹防水技術股份有限公司關於簽訂項目投資協議書的公告》。
根據協議安排，董事會同意公司全資子公司天津虹致新材料有限公司以自有資金在重慶江津區出資5,000萬元投資設立全資子公司重慶東方雨虹建築材料有限公司(具體以工商部門核准登記為準，“重慶東方雨虹”)，並以重慶東方雨虹為主要項目實施主體以自籌資金投資不超過14億元在重慶江津區投資建設東方雨虹綠色建材生產基地及成渝區域總部項目。
公司於2020年9月14日召開的第七屆董事會第十六次會議以12票贊成、0票反對、0票棄權的表決結果審議通過了《關於在重慶江津區投資設立全資子公司及建設綠色建材生產基地、成渝區域總部項目的議案》。
