恆久科技(002808.SZ)：子公司閩保信息與鴻達興業簽署智能製造及大數據平台綜合應用項目戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯 9 月 14日丨恆久科技(002808.SZ)公佈，2020年9月11日，公司控股子公司福建省閩保信息技術有限公司(“閩保信息”)，與鴻達興業股份有限公司(“鴻達興業”)達成全方面戰略合作，簽署了《智能製造及大數據平台綜合應用項目戰略合作框架協議》(“《戰略合作框架協議》”)。此次《戰略合作框架協議》是此前閩保信息與鴻達興業的二級子公司內蒙古中谷礦業有限責任公司(“中谷礦業”)在《中谷礦業二期智慧倉儲及生產車間信息化建設合同》合作基礎上的鞏固。
同日，雙方進一步落實了2020年度合作項目並簽署了《鴻達興業經營大數據平台建設(一期)合同》《鴻達興業旗下原倉庫改造升級智慧倉儲信息化建設(一期)合同》，以更好地推進鴻達興業“智能製造和大數據平台”綜合應用項目信息化建設，加快智能化生產，智慧倉儲優化升級。
智能製造及大數據平台綜合應用項目戰略合作框架協議：合同金額：總金額人民幣5.10億元。其中，2020年2億元；2021年1.8億元；2022年1.3億元。合同內容：推動鴻達興業在工業互聯網、人工智能、大數據等新技術、新模式在企業研發設計、生產製造、經營管理、市場營銷等智能製造各個環節的應用；加強“智能工廠”、“智慧倉儲”等信息化建設；建立“經營大數據平台”等綜合大數據信息資源共享平台等。
中谷礦業二期智慧倉儲及生產車間信息化建設合同：合同標的：鴻達興業委託閩保信息集成與開發的系統包括硬件集成系統和軟件開發系統，除另有説明外，軟件開發系統指該合同及附件中關於閩保信息在合同履行期內提供給鴻達興業的軟件，以及閩保信息為履行該合同向鴻達興業提供或開發的所有軟件及相關文件。合同金額：人民幣5,000萬元。
鴻達興業經營大數據平台建設(一期)合同：合同標的：鴻達興業委託閩保信息集成與開發的系統包括硬件集成系統和軟件開發系統，除另有説明外，軟件開發系統指該合同及附件中關於閩保信息在合同履行期內提供給鴻達興業的軟件，以及閩保信息為履行該合同向鴻達興業提供或開發的所有軟件及相關文件。合同金額：人民幣 1億元。
鴻達興業旗下原倉庫改造升級智慧倉儲信息化建設(一期)合同：合同標的：鴻達興業委託閩保信息集成與開發的系統包括硬件集成系統和軟件開發系統，除另有説明外，軟件開發系統指該合同及附件中關於閩保信息在合同履行期內提供給鴻達興業的軟件，以及閩保信息為履行該合同向鴻達興業提供或開發的所有軟件及相關文件；鴻達興業旗下倉庫的部分升級改造。合同金額：人民幣5000萬元。
此次戰略合作總金額5.10億元。其中，2020年簽署合同的總金額為2億元，佔公司2019年度經審計營業收入的63.22%。2021年、2022年度合作事宜尚需雙方後續簽署正式的合同。上述合同的簽訂及順利履行，預計將對公司本年度及以後年度的經營業績產生積極影響(最終以公司會計師審計的定期報告為準)。
