格隆匯 9 月 14日丨龍建股份(600853.SH)公佈，近日，中鐵十六局集團有限公司(以下簡稱“中鐵十六局”)、中鐵十六局集團第五工程有限公司(以下簡稱“中鐵十六局五公司”)、中鐵十局集團有限公司(以下簡稱“中鐵十局”)、中冶交通建設集團有限公司(以下簡稱“中冶交建”)、中鐵二十三局集團有限公司(以下簡稱“中鐵二十三局”)、中鐵二十三局集團第二工程有限公司(以下簡稱“中鐵二十三局二公司”)、龍建路橋股份有限公司(以下簡稱“公司”、“龍建股份”)、中國鐵建大橋工程局集團有限公司(以下簡稱“中鐵建大橋局”)、中鐵電氣化局集團有限公司(以下簡稱“中鐵電氣化局”)、通號工程局集團有限公司(以下簡稱“通號工程局”)、通號工程局集團建設工程有限公司(以下簡稱“通號建工”)聯合體(上述十一家公司以下合稱“聯合體”)收到招標人黑河鐵路升級改造建設有限責任公司、招標代理機構中資國際工程諮詢集團有限責任公司、監督單位黑河市交通運輸局發來的中標通知書：
聯合體成為北黑鐵路(龍鎮至黑河段)升級改造工程施工中標人。
項目地點：南起黑龍江省北安市，北抵中俄邊境口岸黑龍江省黑河市，途徑黑龍江省五大連池市、孫吳縣、愛輝區三個縣級行政區
中標價：人民幣53.8億元
計劃工期：1095日曆天
項目概況：項目起點為龍鎮站外哈爾濱鐵路局與北黑鐵路公司管界分界處，終點為黑河既有站，里程範圍為K63+500至K303+434，既有線長度239.934km。改造後線路正線起點維持既有，終點為黑河站(新建)，里程範圍K63+500至DK296+569.38，線路長度203.778km，其中新建線路152.296km，利用既有線51.482km。
聯合體成員及分工：聯合體牽頭人中鐵十六局負責K63+500-DK147+000工程量清單範圍內除鋪軌架樑之外的全部工程內容；聯合體成員中鐵十六局五公司負責K63+500-DK147+000工程量清單範圍內的鋪軌架樑工程；聯合體成員中鐵十局、中冶交建共同負責DK147+000-DK212+000工程量清單範圍內的全部工程內容，且中冶交建不承擔該範圍內房建工程及鋪軌工程施工；聯合體成員中鐵二十三局、中鐵二十三局二公司、龍建股份共同負責DK212+000-DK276+200工程量清單範圍內的全部工作內容，其中中鐵二十三局二公司只負責DK212+000-DK276+200工程量清單範圍內的鋪軌工程施工；聯合體成員中鐵建大橋局負責DK276+200-DK296+569.38工程量清單範圍內的全部工程內容；聯合體成員中鐵電氣化局負責K63+500-DK296+569.38工程量清單範圍內的電力、電力房屋及相關工程內容；聯合體成員通號工程局負責K63+500-DK296+569.38工程量清單範圍內的通信、信號、信息及安全監控等相關工程；聯合體成員通號建工只負責K63+500-DK296+569.38工程量清單範圍內的通信、信號房屋及相關工程施工。
項目佔公司2019年經審計營業收入的48.44%。
公司接到上述中標通知後，將按照招標文件要求辦理合同簽訂等事宜。
