北京建設（00925.HK）助力國家冷鏈基礎設施建設，“京津物流園”項目開工
北京建設近年來深刻洞察冷鏈產業的變化趨勢與京津冀協同發展的歷史性機遇。
2020年5月中下旬，由北京建設（控股）有限公司（00925.HK）所投資的“京津物流園”項目在天津東疆港舉辦了開工儀式，濱海新區政協主席韓遠達、濱海新區副區長戴雷、東疆管委會主任沈蕾、副主任沈超和天津港集團副總裁徐旭波出席了本次典禮。
“京津物流園”項目不僅是天津港集團與北京北控集團攜手合作、深入落實京津冀協同發展國家戰略的生動實踐，也是天津港集團推進“交通強國”試點的樣板工程。天津港作為全國最大的肉類進口口岸，北京建設與天津港集團聯手投資線下高端智能化冷庫設施，該冷庫投入運營後將會對整個天津港及華北區域的產業升級產生示範性作用及積極影響。
北京建設作為北控集團在香港設立的地產類投融資平台，通過其全資控股的中國冷鏈產業投資集團投資了“京津物流園”項目，並對該項目的定位、建設和發展進行了長遠規劃，計劃建設3座單層高位貨架冷庫、2座標準高台倉庫、1棟綜合辦公樓和麪積約7萬平方米的堆場。
其中堆場作為預留用地，未來還可根據冷鏈市場的發展情況進行改擴建；規劃面積1100平米的加工場地充實了港區無加工能力的功能空白；計劃採用的新型二氧化碳綠色、節能、環保的製冷工藝也是園區的一大特色。該項目總投資約6億元人民幣，截至8月底項目已完成了全部冷庫、倉庫的樁基施工作業，計劃於2021年年底整體竣工。
北京建設以此次投資合作為契機，通過旗下全資控股的中國冷鏈產業投資集團全面加強與天津港集團在國際貿易、冷鏈倉儲、配套加工、商品交易、冷鏈配送和供應鏈金融等六大板塊的深入合作，助力天津港打造中國北方冷鏈物流基地和環渤海進口凍品交易中心，切實為京津冀地區的廣大消費羣體提供安全優質的服務。
目前，“京津物流園”項目的建設主體——天津港北建通成國際物流有限公司已與中國牧工商集團有限公司、北京住總科貿控股集團有限公司簽訂了戰略合作協議，同時還在積極與天津港首農食品進出口貿易有限公司、青島新協航國際物流有限公司、優合集團有限公司等冷鏈行業領軍企業洽談進一步的深入合作。
如此高標準的智能化冷庫項目建成投產以後，合作雙方深信此舉勢必會推動環渤海地區進口凍品的標準化、智能化、數據化，全面由線下傳統的運營管理模式轉型至線上數據化的運營管理模式，為天津港集團冷鏈業務的深度發展與北京建設旗下中國冷鏈產業投資集團的整體規劃邁出堅實的一步。
