北汽藍谷(600733.SH)：董事長徐和誼辭職 提名姜德義為非獨立董事候選人
格隆匯 9 月 11日丨北汽藍谷(600733.SH)公佈，公司董事會於近日收到公司九屆董事會董事長徐和誼遞交的《辭職函》。徐和誼因工作原因，向董事會提出辭去公司九屆董事會董事長、董事及董事會戰略委員會主任委員、委員職務。辭職後，徐和誼不再擔任公司任何職務。徐和誼的辭職申請自送達董事會之日起生效。
根據《公司法》和《公司章程》等相關規定，由公司控股股東北京汽車集團有限公司推薦，經公司董事會提名委員會審核，公司九屆二十次董事會審議通過了《關於提名董事候選人的議案》，同意提名姜德義為公司九屆董事會非獨立董事候選人，自股東大會審議通過之日起履職，任期與九屆董事會一致。該議案尚需提交股東大會審議。
姜德義，1964年2月出生，1986年8月參加工作，博士研究生學歷，正高級經濟師、高級工程師。1986年8月至2006年3月歷任北京市琉璃河水泥廠技術科幹部、廠長助理、副總工程師、副廠長、常務副廠長、廠長，北京金隅集團有限責任公司副總工程師、總經理助理、水泥事業部部長、水泥分公司經理；2006年3月至2009年4月任北京金隅股份有限公司副總經理，併兼任北京金隅股份有限公司水泥事業部部長，河北太行華信建材有限責任公司總經理，河北太行水泥股份有限公司董事長、總經理；2009年4月至2015年6月曆任北京金隅股份有限公司執行董事、總裁，北京金隅集團有限責任公司黨委常委，北京金隅集團(股份)公司黨委常委，北京金隅股份有限公司執行董事、總經理；2015年6月至2016年9月任北京金隅集團(股份)公司黨委書記，北京金隅集團有限責任公司董事長，北京金隅股份有限公司董事長、執行董事、總經理；2016年9月至2018年6月任北京金隅集團(股份)公司黨委書記，北京金隅集團有限責任公司董事長，北京金隅股份有限公司董事長、執行董事；2018年6月至2020年7月任北京金隅集團股份有限公司黨委書記、董事長(董事長任職至2020年8月)。2020年7月至今，任北京汽車集團有限公司黨委書記、董事長。
