指南針(300803.SZ)：從未與“德都投資”有過任何聯繫或任何形式業務合作、公司沒有“德都私享家”產品及從未推出“超級機構賬户”
格隆匯 9 月 11日丨指南針(300803.SZ)公佈，近日，公司關注到若干主流財經媒體轉載/報道“德都投資與指南針強強聯手，助力股民贏在開盤”、“德都私享家中超級機構賬户使用者回饋”等文章，互聯網上也出現了“指南針—德都機構全贏版”的宣傳信息(網址：https://www.compassbj.com/)。同時，公司也接到數名投資者或客户就有關事項的聯繫問詢。
上述媒體報告均為不實報告，公司從未與“德都投資”有過任何聯繫，亦從未有過任何形式的業務合作。指南針私享家是公司自主研發的全贏博弈系列的軟件產品，公司沒有“德都私享家”產品，公司也從未推出“超級機構賬户”。
上述“指南針—德都機構全贏版”的宣傳網站為假冒公司的非法網站，其在介紹中非法使用了公司的基本信息。
針對上述不實的媒體報道，公司正在逐步與相關媒體取得聯繫，就不實報道的內容要求媒體進行刪除或更正。
對於上述不實誤導性報道以及假冒公司的行為，公司給予強烈的譴責，公司保留通過法律手段追究相關機構和人員法律責任的權利。
上述情況暫未對公司經營造成重大影響。
目前存在不法分子通過互聯網、社交平台、直播平台招攬客户，宣稱可提供股票信息和買賣時點，或者推薦客户進行外匯、期貨等槓桿投資，以獲得高額收益；上述不實媒體報道中的“超級機構賬户”則稱入金開户，新股中籤率可達100%等。
公司在此提醒廣大投資者，從事證券期貨業務，必須依法取得中國證監會的業務許可；未經中國證監會許可，任何單位和個人均不得從事證券期貨業務。合法機構可以在中國證監會、中國證券業協會網站進行查詢核實。請投資者選擇合法證券期貨經營機構，獲取相關服務，對各類宣揚高額投資回報的宣傳保持高度警惕，如發現有機構或個人通過互聯網、社交平台、直播平台從事上述活動的，請謹慎參與，以免造成財產損失，如已參與或被騙，請收集好證據材料，及時向當地公安機關報案。
