盾安環境(002011.SZ):控股子公司精雷股份擬啟動預重整
格隆匯 9 月 11日丨盾安環境(002011.SZ)公佈,公司收到控股子公司浙江精雷電器股份有限公司(“精雷股份”)關於擬啟動預重整的申請:精雷股份及其下屬子公司湖州駿能電器科技股份有限公司(“駿能股份”)因生產經營虧損、涉及多項訴訟及執行案件等現狀,擬向德清縣人民法院申請對精雷股份和駿能股份進行預重整。
2020年9月11日公司召開第七屆董事會第五次會議,審議通過《關於控股子公司擬啟動預重整的議案》,同意精雷股份向法院提起預重整的申請。
