美参议员促检讨哈药集团对GNC收购
美国共和党参议员卢比奥(Marco Rubio)致函美国财长努钦,要求重新检视哈药集团(600664.SH)对美国保健品零售商GNC的收购。
GNC早前在法庭监管的拍卖中,原则上接纳哈药集团对其7.6亿美元收购案。哈药集团对GNC的控股权已於2018年获美国外国投资委员会(CFIUS)批准。GNC强调没有将客户资料向外国披露。
卢比奥在信中指,中国政府透过不同方式寻求美国人敏感资料,GNC的资料库将具价值,并指GNC有不少分店接近美国军事设施,中国政府官员有机会利用GNC在军事基地的分店进入军事基地。
