綠城管理控股(09979.HK)獲行政總裁李軍增持598萬股
格隆匯APP獲悉,根據聯交所最新權益披露資料顯示,2020年9月8日-10日,綠城管理控股(09979.HK)獲執行董事兼行政總裁李軍在場內以每股均價3.2794港元、3.2979港元及3.3425港元分別增持136.5萬股、88.5萬股及373萬股;三日合計增持598萬股,涉資約1986.25萬港元。

格隆匯瞭解到,作為“代建行業第一股”的綠城管理控股自上市以來尚未推出過針對管理層的股權激勵計劃,而行政總裁李軍此番自掏腰包真金白銀連續增持公司股票,凸顯管理層對公司總體發展前景及增長潛力的信心,綠城管理控股未來的股價表現值得期待。
