文投控股(600715.SH):下屬公司被訴事項撤訴
格隆匯9月10日丨文投控股(600715.SH)公佈,2020年9月10日,公司收到浙江省杭州市中級人民法院民事裁定書。原告楊勇向浙江省杭州市中級人民法院申請撤回對耀萊控股有限公司、江蘇耀萊影城管理有限公司、耀萊影視文化傳媒有限公司的起訴。浙江省杭州市中級人民法院予以准許。
鑑於本次訴訟已作撤訴處理,被凍結的下屬公司的股權正在履行解凍程序,預計對公司生產經營和財務情況不會造成重大不利影響。
