ST羅頓(600209.SH)擬變更經營範圍
格隆匯9月10日丨ST羅頓(600209.SH)公佈，因公司發展需要，擬在經營範圍中增加“運營組織數字體育、電子競技賽事，數字體育、電子競技數字內容服務；數字體育職業技能培訓，數字體育教育培訓，數字體育教育科技”,並刪去“裝飾工程設計、諮詢及施工”，公司同時修改《公司章程》經營範圍相應條款如下：
修改前：第十二條公司的經營宗旨：以酒店經營為基礎，酒店管理和酒店設計及其裝飾工程為依託，完善資源配置和主營業務最優化組合的公司經營管理機制，培育酒店經營、管理、裝飾工程專業一體化的“羅頓”品牌；適度開發相關產業，增強公司盈利能力與市場競爭力。在保障公司持續發展的前提下，為公司股東創造最大投資收益，為國家經濟建設做出貢獻。
第十三條經公司登記機關核准，公司經營範圍是：賓館酒店投資；酒店管理與諮詢；企業管理與諮詢；裝飾工程設計、諮詢及施工；電子產品；生產銷售網卡、調制解調器、銅軸調制解調器、數字用户環路設備、以太網交換機、路由器、交換路由器、基站、基站控制器、移動通訊終端、接入網及相關設備。
修改後：第十二條公司的經營宗旨：以酒店經營為基礎，酒店管理和數字體育為依託，完善資源配置和主營業務最優化組合的公司經營管理機制，培育酒店經營、管理、數字體育專業一體化的“羅頓”品牌；適度開發相關產業，增強公司盈利能力與市場競爭力。在保障公司持續發展的前提下，為公司股東創造最大投資收益，為國家經濟建設做出貢獻。
