華興資本(01911.HK)宣佈完成新一期美元基金募資
今天，華興資本(01911.HK)旗下的私募股權基金“華興新經濟基金”正式宣佈，已於今年年初完成新一輪美元基金募資，總募資額超6億美元。投資者主要由歐洲、亞洲、中東等地區的國際頂尖投資機構及個人投資者組成，包括主權基金、銀行、母基金及家族辦公室等。
這是華興新經濟基金繼2019年7月完成超65億人民幣募資後，再次獲得投資人的加註。截至目前，華興資本總體資產管理規模近400億人民幣。
在完成新一輪募資後，華興新經濟基金單筆投資金額可達5000萬美元，將重點關注科技創新、消費分級、產業升級三大領域裏成長期優秀公司，繼續加碼中國新經濟，踐行價值創造者的使命。

華興資本自2013年開始私募股權投資管理業務，旗下有華興新經濟基金和華興醫療產業基金兩支私募股權基金，截至2020年6月30日，華興資本已完成投資的基金投資回報倍數(MOIC)平均達2.5x、IRR平均達33%。
華興新經濟基金作為華興資本旗下的旗艦基金，共管理六支基金，包括三期美元基金和三期人民幣基金，投資了包括滴滴出行，美團點評，貝殼找房，商湯科技，明略數據，醫聯等數百家優秀企業。
在不確定性加劇的2020年，華興新經濟基金持續關注結構性機會，保持穩健的投資速度，在熱門賽道中均擁有豐富的頭部項目儲備。2020年至今，華興新經濟基金已先後投資了包括易路、興盛優選、華大智造、經緯恆潤、保險極客等在內的十餘家優秀企業。與此同時，理想汽車、達達集團、貝殼找房也於年內成功登陸資本市場。
