百濟神州(06160.HK)：加拿大藥監部門受理百悦澤®上市申請並將其納入優先審評
格隆匯 9 月 10日丨百濟神州(06160.HK)發佈公告，公司於2020年9月4日宣佈公司在香港聯合交易所發行的普通股將於2020年9月7日正式進入滬港通及深港通，同時將被納入恆生綜合指數(HSCI)。
百濟神州聯合創始人、董事長兼首席執行官歐雷強(John V. Oyler)先生表示：“作為首批在香港上市的生物科技公司以及第一家在美國納斯達克和香港聯交所雙重上市的生物科技公司，我們為能夠進入滬港通、深港通以及恆生綜合指數感到十分興奮，也期待這能幫助我們進壹步擴大在內地的投資者基礎。”
公司於2020年9月9日宣佈加拿大藥監部門已受理百悦澤®(澤布替尼)用於治療華氏巨球蛋白血癥(WM)患者的新藥上市申請(NDS)並將其納入優先審評。
百濟神州血液學首席醫學官黃蔚娟醫學博士表示：“我們很驕傲能夠看到百悦澤®在加拿大的上市申請獲得受理，這是繼近期在歐洲和澳大利亞遞交相關上市申請以來，該項目全球藥政註冊的又一大進展。百悦澤®目前在美國和中國已經獲批，我們希望將百悦澤®帶給全世界各地有需求並且能夠受益於這款藥物的患者，這也是我們對其進行開發的目的。百悦澤®在治療WM患者中展示了有效性，並在安全性及耐受性上為患者帶來了具有臨牀意義的改善。正如在ASPEN頭對頭臨牀試驗中所證明，百悦澤®相比伊布替尼更具安全性優勢，包括在降低特定心血管病風險上，我們希望這能夠説明百悦澤®成為加拿大乃至全球WM患者的首選治療方案。”

該項在加拿大遞交的NDS中的臨牀數據包括來自隨機、開放、多中心的ASPEN3期臨牀試驗(NCT03053440)，用於評估百悦澤®對比伊布替尼用於治療復發╱難治性(R/R)或初治(TN)WM患者，數據先前於2020年美國臨牀腫瘤學會(ASCO)線上會議及第25屆歐洲血液學協會(EHA)線上年會中公佈。在該試驗中，百悦澤®與伊布替尼相比，產生了更高的非常好的部分緩解(VGPR)率，在總體患者人羣中高達28.4%(對比伊布替尼的19.2%)，儘管此項臨牀研究結果未能達到主要終點，即在深度緩解率(VGPR或更好)上達到統計學意義的優效性。同時，相比伊布替尼，百悦澤®在安全性和耐受性上更具優勢。該項NDS的安全性數據來自在6項臨牀試驗中接受百悦澤®治療的779例B細胞惡性腫瘤患者。
