传内地晶片生产商忧科技战加剧 努力减少依赖美国设备
据日经报道,内地晶片生产商担心与美国的科技战将进一步深化,正努力减少使用美国半导体设备。消息人士指,中芯(00981.HK)及长江存储是其中两家在生产线上进取地尝试采用本地设备而非美国设备的公司,而部分有国家支持的晶片生产商亦有类似做法。
消息指内地的晶片生产商已囤积足够数年使用的库存,而地缘政治风险加快内地晶片生产商尽快转向「Plan B」。报道指中芯设定了十分进取的目标,在不依靠美国设备的情况下开展40nm晶片试产,冀年底前启动,另外亦期望在三年内建立更精密的28nm晶片。(el/u) ~
