南風股份(300004.SZ)擬向建設銀行深圳景苑支行申請開具分離式保函 累計額度不超5000萬元
格隆匯 9 月 9日丨南風股份(300004.SZ)公佈,公司召開第五屆董事會第三次會議,審議通過了《關於公司向中國建設銀行股份有限公司深圳景苑支行申請開具分離式保函的議案》。
為滿足公司生產經營的需要,同意公司使用深圳市華商工程擔保有限公司的銀行授信額度,向中國建設銀行股份有限公司深圳市景苑支行申請開具分離式保函,累計額度不超過人民幣5000萬元,保函期限根據項目需求確定。同意授權公司總經理任剛先生代表公司簽署相關法律文件。
