花旗:料香港本地銀行今年或削派息 盈利壓力於第四季緩解
花旗發表研究報告指,由於第三季的盈利壓力仍持續,預料香港本地銀行今年或會削減每股派息12%至38%。
花旗表示,儘管匯控(0005.HK)派息或因盈利能力較弱,而較以往低,但預料匯豐及渣打(2888.HK)可能會於今年第四季度恢復派息。
該行指,由於第三季新的社交限制措施,銀行將繼續面臨淨息差及手續費收入減少的壓力。隨着淨息差漸趨穩定,銀行的盈利壓力將於第四季有所緩解。當中,渣打及匯豐最有可能看到資產質量的改善,而香港本地銀行明年或有温和復甦。
