格隆匯 9 月 9日丨綠地控股(600606.SH)公告,2020年8月,公司新增房地產項目6個,情況如下:
1.山西運城高鐵北站城際空間站項目。該項目位於運城市中銀大道以東,迎賓街以南,學苑路以西。項目用地面積約16.94萬平方米,容積率1.73,計容建築面積約29.32萬平方米,土地用途為住宅、商業用地,總地價3.65億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
2.湖北武漢空港國際會展中心項目P(2020)082-088號地塊。該項目東臨航城東路,南臨湯雲海路,西臨航城西路,北臨慶雲街。項目用地面積約242.29萬平方米,容積率1.76,計容建築面積約426.00萬平方米,土地用途為商住、文化設施、教育、公園與綠地、加油加氣站用地,總地價164.32億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
3.山東濱州市鄒平市住宅收購項目。該項目位於西董街道,順河東路以東,太平村以南,鶴伴七路以北。項目用地面積約13.69萬平方米,容積率2.3,計容建築面積約31.48萬平方米,土地用途為住宅用地。公司收購了該項目100%權益,收購價7.57億元。
4.江西鷹潭高鐵新區科技小鎮二期。該項目東至香樟路,南至幸福路,西至濱江西路,北至支一路。項目用地面積約45.41萬平方米,容積率1.4,計容建築面積約63.37萬平方米,土地用途為商住用地,總地價5.57億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
5.陝西西安國際港務區絲路教育培訓基地項目。該項目住宅用地位於草南二路以南,規劃路以東;商業用地位於柳新路以南,杏渭路以東。項目用地面積約27.08萬平方米,容積率2.7,計容建築面積約73.20萬平方米,土地用途為住宅、商業用地,總地價26.64億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
6.重慶九龍坡區中梁山組團D分區D8-3/05、D8-1/06、D18-1/05、D7-2/05、D7-4/05地塊。該項目位於華巖旅遊風景區以西,重慶西站以南。項目用地面積約18.39萬平方米,容積率2.19,計容建築面積約40.30萬平方米,土地用途為住宅、商辦用地,總地價21.80億元。公司擁有該項目100%權益。
以上項目中,未來可能有部分項目因引進合作方共同開發等原因導致公司在項目中所佔的權益比例發生變化。目前披露的權益比例,僅供投資者階段性參考。
