隆基股份(601012.SH)：擬向銀行申請授信、開展票據池業務
格隆匯 9 月 9日丨隆基股份(601012.SH)公佈，公司第四屆董事會2020年第十四次會議決議，審議通過《關於公司向平安銀行申請授信業務的議案》；
根據經營需要，同意公司在平安銀行股份有限公司西安分行申請綜合授信業務，額度敞口人民幣10億元整，期限1年，信用方式。業務品種包含流動資金貸款、銀行承兑匯票、商票保貼、商票貼現、國內付融通保理融資、開立國內信用證及項下融資等。
審議通過《關於公司向建設銀行申請授信業務的議案》，根據經營需要，同意公司在中國建設銀行股份有限公司西安高新技術產業開發區支行申請一般額度授信業務人民幣16億元整(含低風險額度1億元)，期限2年，用於我公司辦理一般授信額度項下的流動資金貸款、供應鏈網絡銀行業務、進出口貿易融資、保證等業務。提請董事會授權公司法定代表人李振國全權辦理上述信貸事項並簽署有關合同及文件。
以上全部授信額度由公司法定代表人李振國及配偶李喜燕提供個人無限連帶責任保證，且追加公司全資子公司寧夏隆基硅材料有限公司、銀川隆基硅材料有限公司擔保作為風險緩釋措施。
審議通過《關於公司向招商銀行申請授信業務的議案》，根據經營需要，同意公司在招商銀行股份有限公司西安分行申請辦理綜合授信業務人民幣10億元，期限1年，由全資子公司隆基樂葉光伏科技有限公司提供擔保。提請董事會授權法定代表人李振國先生負責全權辦理上述業務並簽署相關法律文件。
審議通過《關於公司在平安銀行開展票據池業務的議案》，根據經營需要，同意在平安銀行股份有限公司西安分行開展票據池業務，票據池授信額度100億元，期限1年。
審議通過《關於公司在交通銀行開展票據池業務的議案》，根據經營需要，同意公司在交通銀行股份有限公司陝西省分行開展票據池業務，票據池授信額度100億元，期限1年。
審議通過《關於公司申請對外直接投資事項變更的議案》，根據經營需要，同意公司向國家外匯管理局申請對全資子公司隆基(香港)貿易有限公司對外直接投資事項進行變更，變更內容為將投資額中的銀行貸款由2億美元變更為0美元，自有資金由0.99美元變更為2.99億美元。
