陳唱國際(00693.HK)售聯營逾44%股權 料錄收益4,116萬元
陳唱國際(00693.HK)公布,於9月8日旗下附屬及其他賣方向韓國產業銀行出售聯營公司TIFA共80.65%股權,總代價為4,527.97億印尼盾(約2.38億港元),當中附屬佔售TIFA 44.48%股權,涉代價2,497.43億印尼盾(約1.31億港元)。
TIFA為一家多重融資公司,在印尼提供租賃、消費融資及保理融資服務。完成後,TIFA 不再為集團聯營公司。出售事項令集團錄得收益782億印尼盾(相當於約4,115.9萬港元)。
