新鄉化纖(000949.SZ)擬10.48億元實施年產10萬噸高品質超細旦氨綸纖維項目一期工程
格隆匯 9 月 7日丨新鄉化纖(000949.SZ)公佈，公司召開第十屆董事會第五次會議，審議年產10萬噸高品質超細旦氨綸纖維項目一期工程的議案。
為充分利用公司氨綸纖維的生產資源，優化公司產品結構，穩定氨綸纖維的生產規模，增強公司產品市場競爭力，提高公司經濟效益，公司擬實施“年產10萬噸高品質超細旦氨綸纖維項目一期工程”。
新鄉化纖股份有限公司年產10萬噸高品質超細旦氨綸纖維項目一期工程，產品方案為超細旦氨綸纖維，年產量3萬噸。建設地點位於國家新鄉經濟技術開發區。該期項目總投資為10.48億元，其中建設9.808億元、鋪底流動資金等其它費用6720萬元。公司將根據實際情況，採用包括銀行貸款方式在內的多種方式進行項目資金籌措。該項目計劃2020年三季度開工，建設工期18個月。
一期工程項目核心技術及裝備採用高一致性氨綸聚合物技術,聚合裝置採用近紅外在線監測、先進控制系統(APC)控制聚合物分子量及分子量分佈，滿足後道工藝在織造、染整、定型、後處理中對氨綸纖維聚集態結構的不同要求。紡絲技術採用高密度紡絲及高速卷繞技術,在高密紡絲、單個位絲餅數達到120絲餅；同時實現高速卷繞，紡速可達1000m/min以上。
項目達產後預計年新增銷售收入8.44億元，預計新增銷售利潤1.85億元。項目建成後，公司產品市場競爭力將進一步增強。
隨着紡織科技日新月異的進步，氨綸及其製品的新工藝、新技術也不斷湧現，特別是杜邦“棉+萊卡”技術理念的大力推廣和逐漸深入人心，引領了現代服飾消費時尚的潮流，使氨綸除在針織品、內衣、運動裝等傳統應用領域的氨綸用量繼續擴大外，經編布、緯編布、休閒裝、彈力牛仔、高檔成衣等新興應用領域的用量也在迅速增長，成為氨綸市場需求快速增長的主要動力。
同時氨綸產品的優良性能及產品開發為眾多應用提供了可能。特別是細旦、超細旦纖維及耐氯、耐鹼、抗菌、抗紫外線、遠紅外輻射、高吸放濕等功能化纖維的開發，為氨綸擴大應用、增加市場需求提供了可能。
三是氨綸市場技術、裝備、工藝的逐漸成熟。隨着氨綸工業的不斷髮展，我國氨綸生產技術在原有引進基礎上取得長足的進步，但在差別化、功能化方面與美國、日本等還存在差距。該項目將生產的差別化氨綸纖維，國內市場有廣大的發展前景。
