義合控股(01662.HK)與華大研究院訂立戰略合作框架協議，利用基因技術推動海洋科技創新與產業發展
格隆匯 9 月 7日丨義合控股(01662.HK)宣佈，於2020年9月7日，公司非全資附屬公司深圳華大海洋科技有限公司("華大海洋")與深圳華大生命科學研究院("華大研究院")訂立了一份不具法律約束力的戰略合作框架協議，內容有關建立長期戰略合作伙伴關係，利用基因技術推動海洋科技創新與產業發展。
根據協議，華大研究院與華大海洋("訂約方")計劃建立長期戰略合作伙伴關係。於密切合作期間，訂約方雙方將進一步深化各自優勢以達成互利互惠。訂約方通過合作設立研發項目，圍繞全球範圍內海洋生物資源及產業應用關鍵問題，高效挖掘海洋標示性物種基因資源，加快海洋生物基因組學數據分析、海洋生物大數據庫建設、海洋生物分子育種、海洋藥物研發、海洋活性物質合成、立體農業技術發展及海產品加工等領域的深度合作，利用基因技術推動海洋科技創新與產業發展。
據悉，華大研究院為深圳華大基因科技有限公司("華大集團")旗下機構，是深圳市批准建設的深圳市十大基礎研究機構之一，致力於生命科學、生物技術和醫療應用領域的多組學研發的非營利機構。華大研究院多年以來深耕基因組學領域，推動生物技術與全民健康事業的發展。從事國際前沿基因組科學基礎及應用研究與技術開發，為基因組研究成果產業化發展提供技術支持，與基因組科學研究和個體化醫療長期發展項目相結合，從事低成本全民健康工程相關的公益事業。其下設五個研究所：生物化學技術研究所、生物智能技術研究所、精準健康研究所、數字化地球研究所和超級細胞研究所。
華大研究院作為世界領先的基因組學研究中心，擁有醫療及藥品研究的豐富領先經驗，以大量基因測序為基礎。至於華大海洋專注于海洋水產的研究，圍繞海洋強國和一帶一路國家戰略，以強大的組學測序與分析平台為科技支撐，助力海洋生物經濟轉型升級。這次合作作為公司之前於2019/20年報披露的多元化集團的業務範圍並擴大收入基礎的策略性戰略的其中一部份，增強海洋融合雙方優勢，加快生產出精準生物藥品，有利於集團于海洋生態業務的發展。
