格隆匯 9 月 7日丨*ST圍海(002586.SZ)公佈,公司於2020年6月4日披露了《關於新增被凍結銀行賬户的公告》,其中因公司與瑞安市繁榮混凝土有限公司買賣合同糾紛案被凍結【案號:(2020)浙0291執971號】被其申請凍結了募集資金357.97萬元。
近日,公司通過銀行賬户網銀及司法服務熱線查詢的方式,獲悉公司存在募集資金賬户資金因上述案件被寧波高新技術產業開發區人民法院劃轉人民幣約357.97萬元。
