美暢股份(300861.SZ)目前已建成投產高效金剛石線134條
格隆匯9月7日丨美暢股份(300861.SZ)公佈，公司2018年第四次臨時股東大會審議通過了《關於公司首次公開發行股票募集資金使用方案的議案》，同意用募集資金投資高效金剛石線建設項目。
經中國證監會《關於同意楊凌美暢新材料股份有限公司首次公開發行股票註冊的批覆》(證監許可[2020]1564號)同意註冊，公司首次公開發行新股人民幣普通股(A股)4001萬股，發行價格為43.76元/股，募資總額約為17.51億元，扣除發行費用約1.03億元后，募資淨額約為16.48億元。立信中聯已於2020年8月10日對公司首次公開發行股票的資到位情況進了審驗，並出具了立信中聯驗字[2020]D-0029號《驗資報告》。
高效金剛石線建設項目通過租賃生產車間及倉庫，建設300條自動化電鍍金剛石線生產線，配套檢驗設備及環保設施等。項目有利於進一步提升公司高效金剛石線生產能力，並持續發揮規模優勢，不斷強化產品競爭力；同時，擴大產品供應領域，優化公司產品結構，增強可持續發展能力；另外，項目將增加環保投資，完善公司環保體系，助力環境友好型經營，提升公司整體運營效率。
高效金剛石線建設項目實施地點位於陝西省楊淩示範區富海工業園，項目已取得楊凌區發展和改革局出具的投資項目備案，項目代碼為2018-611102-33-03-007298，已取得楊淩示範區環境保護局出具的《關於楊凌美暢科技有限公司高效金剛石線建設項目環境影響報告書的批覆》(楊管環批覆[2018]23號)。公司於2018年使用自有資金開始實施高效金剛石線建設項目，截至公告日，已建成投產高效金剛石線134條，對應年產能1000萬KM。
公司表示，管理層通過對全球光伏發電新增裝機容量增速的研究，對目前市場情況、行業發展與競爭情況的分析，基於自身核心競爭能力的判斷，經審慎研究討論，計劃加快推進該項目的實施，在2021年6月底前完成剩餘166條高效金剛石線的建設，全部投產後公司將形成年產4200萬KM金剛線產能。
