海立股份(600619.SH)擬以現金方式對海立香港增資7億元
格隆匯 9 月 6日丨海立股份(600619.SH)發佈公告,公司擬以全資子公司海立香港為收購主體,以自有及自籌資金收購 Marelli (Hong Kong) Holdings Co., Limited(馬瑞利(香港)控股有限公司)60%股權。為滿足上述收購事項的資金需求,公司擬以現金方式對海立香港增資7億元人民幣。上述收購事項剩餘資金需求由海立香港通過自籌方式解決。公司已於2020年9月4日召開董事會九屆二次會議審議通過該增資事項,根據規定,本次增資事項尚需提交公司股東大會審議。
