公司已於2020年9月1日在上海證券交易所網站披露了《惠發食品關於非公開發行A股股票預案披露的提示性公告》(公告編號：臨2020-057)、《惠發食品關於2020年限制性股票激勵計劃(草案)摘要的公告》(公告編號：臨2020-064)，本次非公開發行A股股票事項和限制性股票激勵計劃事項尚未經公司股東大會審議，本次非公開發行A股股票事項尚需取得中國證監會的核準，請投資者注意風險，公司後續將按規定披露本次非公開發行A股股票事項和限制性股票激勵計劃事項相關情況。
