格隆匯9月4日丨首程控股(0697.HK)延續強勢行情,午後逆勢漲至10.8%,報2.62港元,暫成交5830萬港元,最新總市值181.5億港元。公司股價6月份以來累計飆漲106%並創下逾9年新高。業內人士指出,參考物管公司30倍左右的平均PE估值倍數,公司的合理市值應為200億港元,若考慮到公司的行業龍頭地位,還應獲得更高的估值溢價,建議投資者可關注。今年公司中報顯示,停車業務首次實現盈利,且大幅增加派息。
