嘉里危险品仓重建申请明审批 规划署不反对
嘉里建设(00683.HK)旗下位於九龙湾启兴道7号的嘉里危险品仓重建计划将於明日(4日)在城规会审批,规划署就此不作出反对。
据了解,该危险品仓早年已获批重建成豪宅,不过发展商近年转为申请重建成1幢26层高商厦,涉及约52.7万平方尺。规划署认为,重建符合工厦活化政策,而且九龙湾等地区近年正在推动起动九龙东,项目有助增加商厦楼面供应,加快该区转型成为第二个商业核心区。
另外,由永泰地产(00369.HK)持有的九龙湾瑞兴中心去年申请重建成34层高商厦被拒,今年将商厦高度缩短为30层,终获规划署不反对,可建楼面约26.3万平方尺。
