據內地《證券時報網》引述天眼查APP所顯示,上海閱劍信息技術有限公司日前成立,註冊資本2,000萬元人民幣,經營範圍包括:出版物批發;出版物零售;數據處理和存儲支持服務,數字內容製作服務等,註冊地址在中國(上海)自由貿易試驗區。
股東信息顯示,閱文集團(00772.HK)旗下上海閱文信息技術有限公司為該公司最大股東,持股比例為95%,由上海市國有資產監督管理委員會100%持股的上海世紀出版(集團)有限公司則為第二大股東,持股比例為5%。
