美國7月房價同比上漲5.5% 創兩年多最大漲幅
根據美國房地產數據公司CoreLogic的最新數據，美國7月房價同比上漲5.5%，漲幅超過6月的4.3%，創下自2018年以來最大漲幅，得益於受疫情壓抑的需求爆發，歷史性的低庫存，以及創紀錄低位的抵押貸款利率。

近日，有消息稱，沃爾瑪針對出售中國大賣場業務，已與一些企業有過洽談行爲。對此，沃爾瑪9月2日發表聲明稱，其留意到關於“出售中國大賣場業務”的傳言，對此嚴正聲明，沃爾瑪從不對市場流言做評論，也無任何出售中國業務的計劃。

報道引述消息人士稱，AT&T認爲遊戲業務具有很大商業價值，決定不出售相關業務。AT&T原先希望出售部分非核心資產，以減輕集團債務。

百勝中國次日招股 孖展暫錄86.7億超購約10倍
中國餐飲巨頭百勝中國於9月1日至週五公開招股，預計9月10日掛牌。百勝中國IPO的國際配售據悉已足額。不過，受到農夫山泉資金被困所影響，百勝中國公開發售部分反應冷淡。綜合多間券商顯示，截至下午6時30分，暫錄86.7億元孖展認購，超購約10倍。
