《即日市评》科技股造淡 小米急吐 银娱逆市扬
港股今日反覆向下。美国私人新增职位增加，美股道指昨晚升454点或1.6%，距历史高位相距1.6%，纳指涨1%，但市场观望中美关系发展，外电引述消息称，特朗普政府正在讨论针对中国社交媒体软件WeChat及TikTok的禁令范围及生效日，并计划在本月稍後时间作出决定。执笔之时美汇指数升至92.88，美股道指期货最新升42点或0.1%，美股纳指期货最新跌34点或0.3%。8月财新中国服务业PMI微降至54，符预期，上证综指跌0.6%收3,384，深证成指跌0.8%，沪深两市成交额共9,422亿人民币。
香港8月PMI跌至44，营商环境持续转弱。恒指低开93点後，跌幅曾扩大至265点一度低见24,854点，中午前曾倒升95点见25,216点，其後再度回落，最终全日跌112点或0.5%，收25,007点；国指跌60点或0.6%，收9,940点；恒生科技指数跌203点或2.6%，收7,706点。大市全日成交总额1,465.69亿元，沪、深港通南下交易全日录得净流入金额分别为7.57亿及20.46亿元人民币。圆通速递国际(06123.HK)今日股价再升15.9%报8.29元。吉利(00175.HK)急滑6.5%。
【恒指反覆软 科技股急吐】
科技股回吐，小米(01810.HK)股价急吐7%收23.9元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)及美团(03690.HK)股价各走低2.4%及3.7%，腾讯(00700.HK)全日股价下滑2%收534元。据《彭博通讯社》引述消息称美国月内厘清针对WeChat等交易禁令范围及生效日，相关决定将於9月20日左右公布，但现时仍未清晰禁令会否於公布後立即生效，以及会否给予企业时间应对。
报道指针对腾讯(00700.HK)旗下WeChat的禁令将如何执行将为美国企业与中资企业经商造成较大影响。虽然部分美国官员向商界表示他们的中国业务不会受影响，但早前彭博亦报道特朗普内阁亦有不同看法，而最终结果仍未得知，而企业正向政府施压要求在禁令实施前提供一段转接期。
【沽空率高企 银娱逆市扬】
港股今日市宽变动不大，主板股票的升跌比率为20比24(上日为19比25)，下跌股份941只(跌幅2.2%)，恒指成份股今日20只股份上升，下跌股份28只，升跌比率为40比56(上日为32比66)；大市今日录沽空226.64亿元，占可沽空股份成交1,151.46亿元的19.683%。
濠赌股逆市向上，蓝筹股中以银娱(00027.HK)表现最好，全日股价升2.7%收62.8元。摩根士丹利发表报告，在濠赌行业首选股包括澳博控股(00880.HK)及新濠博亚(MLCO.O)在次季提升市场份额，该行维持对澳门今年赌收按年下跌75%预测(至739.47亿澳门元，相当2019年的25%)，随着内地放宽个人游签注，料澳门贵宾厅表现(料按年跌69%)可优於中场(料按年跌78%)。
大摩指濠赌股近三个月累升17%，跑赢恒指同期约7个百分点，基於内地对澳门旅游限制的放宽，该行料澳门至年底旅客及赌收可持续改善，估计行业重回增长时，投资者将进行重估。该行重申对濠赌股「吸引」看法。
