法国外贸银行:下半年中资海外并购难言活跃
法国外贸银行(Natixis)大中华区高级经济师徐建炜表示,疫情下今年上半年全球宏观经济环境显着恶化,中国增长亦放缓,企业盈利水平下降,期内中国企业海外并购宗数大幅减少,除腾讯(00700.HK)收购华纳音乐股份等数宗大型交易外,交易额跌幅更大,预期在众多不明朗因素下,并购未会恢复至从前活跃水平。
不过他指出,企业全球化仍是未来发展大趋势,同时海外融资成本跌幅远超国内,目前中国企业仍然愿意到海外寻找并购机会,惟在中国政府资金外流管制、中美关系紧张等情况下,企业变得更审慎,并倾向战略投资。
亚太区首席经济师Alicia Garcia Herrero指,按行业及地区划分,预期中资企业对欧洲的工业技术、能源、资源更有兴趣,於美国则专注於娱乐及科技收购。
