港股異動丨首程控股(0697.HK)放量升逾11% 創逾9年新高
格隆匯9月3日丨首程控股(0697.HK)盤中一度飆漲超16%創下逾9年新高,現報2.37港元,漲11.27%,成交額放大至1億港元,最新總市值164.1億港元。首程控股日前發佈中期業績顯示,歸屬母公司股東淨利達4.41億港元,同比增長45%,其中一大亮點是其停車業務首次實現盈利。此外,順應業績連續高增長,首程控股也相應調增了中期股息規模,由去年的2億港幣中期股息調整至3億港幣,大增50%。國信證券預計公司2020—2022年簽約車位數量將分別達到15萬、23萬、30萬個。
