屈臣氏:集團全球電子商務第二季度增長逾90%
屈臣氏公布,集團的全球電子商務在第二季度迅速增長超過90%。越來越多人習慣網上購物,有助推動電子商務的長遠發展。
屈臣氏同時發布在新型冠狀病毒 (COVID-19)疫情下,全球顧客消費行為作調查。調查顯示,90%受訪者表示他們將繼續於網上購物,100%受訪者表示他們會回到實體店購物,尤其是Z 世代,三分之一人認為他們會更加頻密光顧門市。
是次調查由顧客體驗研究團隊WISE於4月進行,分別於集團超過20個歐洲及亞洲市場,訪問超過22,000名顧客,了解他們的購物模式和習慣。
