屈臣氏:集团全球电子商务第二季度增长逾90%
屈臣氏公布,集团的全球电子商务在第二季度迅速增长超过90%。越来越多人习惯网上购物,有助推动电子商务的长远发展。
屈臣氏同时发布在新型冠状病毒 (COVID-19)疫情下,全球顾客消费行为作调查。调查显示,90%受访者表示他们将继续於网上购物,100%受访者表示他们会回到实体店购物,尤其是Z 世代,三分之一人认为他们会更加频密光顾门市。
是次调查由顾客体验研究团队WISE於4月进行,分别於集团超过20个欧洲及亚洲市场,访问超过22,000名顾客,了解他们的购物模式和习惯。
