格隆匯 9 月 3日丨浙數文化(600633.SH)公佈,2020年9月3日,公司收到控股股東浙報傳媒控股集團有限公司轉來的中央文化體制改革和發展工作領導小組辦公室《關於同意對浙報數字文化集團股份有限公司開展股權激勵試點進行備案的函》,同意公司實施2020年股票期權激勵計劃,公司此次實施股權激勵計劃已完成國家行業主管部門前置審批和備案程序。
截至本公告日,公司此次股票期權激勵計劃尚需提交股東大會審議批准後實施,公司董事會將按規定另行通知和安排召開股東大會。
