ST椰島(600238.SH):擬向光大銀行申請1.4億元授信
格隆匯 9 月 2日丨ST椰島(600238.SH)公告,根據公司日常生產經營的需求,董事會同意公司向光大銀行申請授信,授信額度為人民幣1.4億元,授信期限為1年。同意公司向授信銀行提供抵押物,抵押物為公司位於藥谷的土地及廠房,具體如下:
1、土地面積:114942.92平方米(土地性質:工業用地);
2、廠房建築面積:47835.40平方米;
董事會授權公司經營層與銀行簽訂本次授信相關合同,並辦理本次授信抵押事項。上述事項在董事會決策權限內,無需提交股東大會進行審議。
