新股消息 | 立白集團旗下朝雲集團遞表，大摩、中金聯席保薦，擁有超威、威王等七大品牌
uSMART友信智投9月1日消息，港股新股隊伍又添重磅一員，立白集團旗下的朝雲集團已於8月31日遞交香港上市申請表，摩根士丹利、中金聯席保薦。
這是繼藍月亮之後，又一日化巨頭擬赴港上市。
朝雲集團：中國殺蟲驅蚊市佔率第一
大部分收益來自殺蟲驅蚊產品

朝雲集團的核心業務爲研發、製造及銷售家居護理產品、個人護理產品及寵物護理產品，旗下有七個知名品牌，即威王、超威、貝貝健、西蘭、潤之素、倔強的尾巴及德是。

根據灼識諮詢的資料，朝雲集團於2015年至2019年間過往五年各年均在中國家居護理行業國內企業中位列第一，並在中國家居護理行業的所有公司中排名第二，於2019年佔市場份額9.4%（按零售額計），並快速在個人護理和寵物護理的多個細分品類建立領導地位。
於2015年至2019年連續五年保持中國殺蟲驅蚊市場第一，2019年以零售額計市場份額達22.8%。2019年以零售額計，在中國兒童適用殺蟲驅蚊市場位列第一，市場份額達到41.4%。
截至2017年、2018年及2019年12月31日止年度以及截至2019年及2020年3月31日止三個月，朝雲集團收益的分別68.4%、69.4%、63.3%、70.8%及61.5%來自殺蟲驅蚊產品，主要包括具有不同功能的各種形式的殺蟲驅蚊產品。

朝雲集團與立白集團的關係
初步招股書顯示，IPO前，朝雲集團的控股股東爲：陳凱旋先生、陳凱臣先生及彼等各自的配偶李女士及馬女士。
陳凱旋先生及陳凱臣先生爲兄弟關係，彼等自20世紀90年代以來一直從事日化業務。於1994年，陳凱旋先生與陳凱臣先生創立立白集團，開始涉足洗衣液、洗衣粉及衣物柔軟劑的生產及銷售。
立白集團除在朝雲集團的股份外，亦在消費品、保健食品、物業投資、資產管理及金融服務其他業務分部擁有權益。
此外，朝雲集團指出，其在管理、經營及財務三方面均獨立於立白集團。
公司業績
2017年至2019年，朝雲集團的收入分別爲13.46億元、13.50億元和13.83億元；2020年第一季度的收入爲7.34億元，較2019年同期的6.47億元增長13.4%。
各期相應的淨利潤分別爲 1.70億、1.77億、1.84億和 1.4億人民幣。
