《大行报告》大和升香格里拉(亚洲)(00069.HK)评级至「跑赢大市」 目标价上调至7元
大和发表研究报告指出,香格里拉(亚洲)(00069.HK)上半年的EBITDA按年下跌94%,认为上半年是公司最艰难的时期,相信下半年情况会稍为好转,主要是因为中国酒店业务复苏,及行业反弹所致。该行相信很多负面因素已在股价上反映出来,随着全球市场继续重开,相信股价已见底,因此将投资评级由原来的「持有」调高至「跑赢大市」。
该行将公司2020年的EBITDA预测下调55%,2021至2022年下调10至14%,以反映多年的缓慢复苏情况。目标价由6.6元上调至7元。
