飛毛腿(01399.HK)擬易名為「銳信控股有限公司」
飛毛腿(01399.HK)公布,建議將公司名稱由「SCUD Group Limited」變更為「Veson Holdings Limited」,並採用「銳信控股有限公司」作為公司中文雙重外文名稱,以代替現時僅作識別用途的公司現有中文名稱「飛毛腿集團有限公司」。
集團指,其「SCUD飛毛腿」品牌自有品牌業務已終止,董事會認為變更公司名稱將更好地反映集團加強其不斷增長的ODM業務策略,並推廣及加強集團的企業形象及辨識度,從而使集團更好地把握其未來發展的潛在商機。
