鷹力投資(00901.HK)公布,公司與泰國睿創地產簽定諒解備忘錄,雙方同意探尋合作及投資機會以及在備忘錄條款及條件的規限下,合組成立投資控股公司,並共同發起成立一個房地產投資基金,由基金持有各個投資項目。
基金之法律形式預期為有限責任公司,期限預期為3年,第一期總規模預期為100億泰銖,鷹力投資及泰國睿創地產將成為基金的管理人,負責基金的日常管理。(el/u) ~
