TCL科技(000100.SZ)公布,於9月1日13时03分,大股东李东生委托的交易服务人员因证券代码输入错误导致误操作,卖出TCL科技股票500万股股份,成交金额3,590.98万元人民币(下同)。该交易服务人员於下午14时48分买回500万股股份,成交金额3,576.47万元。李东生声明,此次误操作所产生收益归公司所有,所产生的交易税费由他承担,并接受因误操作所应承担的法律责任。(ta/w) ~
