中國武夷(000797.SZ)：擬向華閩租賃融資1億元
格隆匯 9 月 1日丨中國武夷(000797.SZ)公佈，公司召開第六屆董事會第七十一次會議，形成如下決議：
一、《關於向福建華閩融資租賃有限公司融資1億元人民幣的議案》。
公司擬以自有的設施設備售後回租的方式向福建華閩融資租賃有限公司(“華閩租賃”)融資1億元人民幣，租賃期限1年，用於歸還公司內部借款。主要內容如下：
1、公司擬將擁有設施設備資產以人民幣1億元價格向華閩租賃申請售後回租，租賃期限1年。
2、決議與《融資性售後回租合同》不一致的，以《融資性售後回租合同》為準。
3、公司法定代表人代表公司全權辦理有關事項，其所簽署的各類融資性租賃合同、租賃物買賣合同和一切與上述融資租賃有關的文件，公司概予承認。
二、《關於2019年非公開發行公司債券新增募投項目的議案》
2019年3月20日，公司獲准在深圳證券交易所非公開發行公司債券(用於一帶一路)不超過20億元。2019年4月1日公司第六屆董事會第三十九次會議審議通過《關於2019年非公開發行公司債券發行方案的議案》。公司於2019年6月5日和2020年1月22日先後發行二期“一帶一路”公司債券共9.5億元。
根據公司生產經營計劃，擬於近期發行2020年第二期非公開發行公司債券約10億元，按照公司第六屆董事會第三十九次會議審議通過的《關於2019年非公開發行公司債券發行方案的議案》相關規定辦理。因新冠疫情影響及經營情況變化原因，募集資金用途擬增加如下投資建設項目：阿姆哈拉信用與儲蓄股份有限公司綜合樓項目(埃塞俄比亞)、萊亞娜保險公司新總部大樓項目(埃塞俄比亞)、亞索－蓋勒薩－迪貝特公路第一標段和第二標段項目(埃塞俄比亞)、布辛巴至卡庫米羅公路項目(烏干達)、亞太廣場項目(菲律賓)、MauMau路第一標段基安布郡路段項目(肯尼亞)、Sagana-Marua公路(A2)項目(肯尼亞)，以及公司承接的被福建省發改委列入“一帶一路項目庫”的其他項目。
