勁嘉股份(002191.SZ)擬與僑鑫集團等共設興鑫互聯科技 打造基於紙印刷包裝產業鏈平台的B2B一體化供應鏈協同服務平台
格隆匯 8 月 31日丨勁嘉股份(002191.SZ)公佈，經公司總經理辦公會審議通過，公司擬與僑鑫集團有限公司、尚待設立的員工持股平台合夥企業簽署《公司成立合作協議書》(“協議書”)，共同以貨幣形式出資1億元人民幣設立合資公司，名稱為深圳興鑫互聯科技有限公司(“興鑫互聯科技”或“合資公司”)(暫定名，以工商註冊登記為準)，該合資公司將打造基於紙印刷包裝產業鏈平台的B2B一體化供應鏈協同服務平台，致力於整合紙印刷包裝產業上下游資源，提升流通環節中採購、倉儲、運輸和配送等環節的效率。
合資公司的主營業務為紙包裝行業流通環節中的各級經銷商、印刷包裝企業提供包括集合採購(原材料採購、訂單及合同管理)、供應鏈管理(倉儲、分切加工、物流配送)、資金結算和信息技術在內的一體化供應鏈管理服務。公司原有的包裝印刷原輔材料供應鏈體系主要對煙卡等煙標產品原輔材料進行規模採購，隨着公司在非煙標包裝領域的持續拓展，在精品煙酒包裝、電子產品包裝、快消品包裝等彩盒包裝領域呈現持續增長的良好態勢，非煙標包裝用紙的需求相應提升，合資公司將構建基於紙印刷包裝產業互聯網平台，大力拓展非煙卡類社會化產品包裝材料的供應鏈業務，對其進行集中規模化採購，與公司原有包裝印刷原輔材料供應鏈體系互相滲透和補充，有利於降低公司的戰略採購成本，提高公司整體的管理效率。
在為公司提供非煙卡類社會化產品包裝材料的供應鏈業務的同時，合資公司將服務於紙包裝行業流通環節中的各級經銷商及中小印刷包裝企業，充分發揮合作各方完善的風險控制體系和豐富的市場資源、客户資源，依託先進的供應鏈管理理念與先進的信息技術管理體系，結合客户經營模式和需求，整合紙質印刷包裝產業鏈流通環節中紙張等原輔材料的採購、倉儲、運輸和配送等環節，深化紙質印刷包裝產業與金融資本的高效融合，為客户的採購管理、倉儲運輸、適時配送和資金結算等一體化的供應鏈管理提供綜合解決方案，提升客户運營效率的同時，也將為公司帶來相應投資收益。
合資公司的設立和運營有利於公司進一步完善社會化包裝產品的產業佈局，實現業務拓展，拓寬利潤來源，有利於提升公司的核心競爭力和可持續發展能力，符合公司未來發展戰略和全體股東的利益。
