第一視頻(00082.HK)中期虧損大幅收窄 核心業務瘋狂體育不斷髮力成增長引擎
格隆匯8月31日丨第一視頻(00082.HK)公佈截至2020年6月30日止6個月中期業績，集團來自體育及彩票相關業務收益為1.45億港元，同比增長53.0%；集團除税後虧損為1636.3萬港元，同比收窄61.8%；行政費用減少了27.8%至約4080萬港元，2019年同期約為5650萬港元。
公告稱，體育及彩票相關業務收益大幅增長的原因是瘋狂體育於期內推出及推廣多款新遊戲，同時客户因疫情之故留在室內而花了更多時間在使用手提電話，增加了瘋狂體育社區直播平台和遊戲平台的在線消費，抵銷了因國際賽事停賽而導致瘋狂紅單業務收入的下滑。
報告期內虧損大幅收窄主要歸功於集團不斷大力提高瘋狂體育核心業務的收益以減低新冠病毒疫情帶來的負面影響，大大削減運營成本，和應占一間聯營公司減少虧損及其產生視作出售收益。行政費用減少主要是因為集團於新冠病毒疫情期間加強實施節約成本措施的力度，並精細化管理和優化流程。
期內錄得其他收益約為4050萬港元，主要是由於期內因亞洲銀行發行新股(約佔3.3%股本)予投資者，在攤薄情況下被視作出售公司的權益而獲得收益約3570萬港元所導致。
值得一提的是，於2020年1月，集團的聯營公司亞洲銀行獲得一名獨立第三方投資人的認可，以約3億美元估值收購亞洲銀行的少數股權，並籌集了1000萬美元，以提升財務狀況。
於2020年6月30日，集團的投資組合約4.96億港元( 2019年12月31日：4.12億港元)。期內，集團的投資組合錄得約9930萬港元的公平值增長。此變動主要是來自於集團於2016年投資的一項移動互聯網基金。期內，其公平值收益約9930萬港元確認為其他全面收入及增加投資重估儲備。
公司表示，第一視頻正處於業務大拐點的重要時刻，儘管各項大型體育盛事因新冠病毒疫情肆虐而被迫延遲作賽、停賽甚至取消，集團並未鬆懈，努力鞏固核心業務互聯網體育生態圈。同時，第一視頻具有齊全的政府授權許可證和運營資質，憑着運營銷售額達到22億港元(2019年)的電商和視頻網站的經驗，發力開拓“內容+供應鏈”電商的商業5.0佈局，可望不再成為成本線，併力爭為集團營收貢獻盈利。
展望賽事更密集的2020年下半年，以及2021年歐洲盃、美洲盃、奧運會和2022年世界盃、冬奧會等焦點體育賽事的推動，不但對體育彩票相關的線上線下服務有大量的需求，對於足球、籃球、高爾夫、羽毛球、網球、冰雪項目等體育休閒遊戲也將迎來高速增長，甚至有可能實現“報復性”反彈。集團已經加快在這些領域的開發，有信心能帶領以瘋狂體育作為核心業務的第一視頻快速增長。
