賽輪輪胎(601058.SH)半年度淨利潤升25.26%至6.35億元
格隆匯 8 月 30日丨賽輪輪胎(601058.SH)發佈2020年半年度報告，實現營業收入67.98億元，同比下降4.15%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6.35億元，同比增長25.26%；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤6.38億元，同比增長32.69%；基本每股收益0.25元。經營活動產生的現金流量淨額14.56億元，同比增長10.75%。
公司旗下品牌路極輪胎(Roadx Tyre)正式牽手英超西漢姆聯足球俱樂部，成為其2020-2022年全球官方合作伙伴，路極輪胎將攜手西漢姆聯一起征戰英格蘭頂級聯賽。未來，公司將與西漢姆聯共同推出線上線下活動，以進一步提升賽輪品牌在全球的影響力，展示公司充滿激情的國際化品牌形象。另外，公司還推出了新零售智能管理系統，將經銷商、門店、消費者在線上、線下進行有機結合，打通了從工廠到消費者全鏈條的信息流及物流，為“點對點”訂單生產和配送優化的供應鏈模式提供了基礎和依據，有利於進一步拉近公司與消費者距離。
報告期內，面對突發疫情，公司堅持員工生命安全至上的原則，在第一時間成立疫情防控工作小組並建立信息統計和提報網絡，動態掌握和關注每一位員工的情況，有效地斷絕了疫情的發生，保障了員工的健康及公司有序的生產經營。在做好疫情防控的同時，公司還積極推進相關項目建設，東營工廠半鋼子午胎擴建項目、瀋陽工廠全鋼載重子午線輪胎項目上半年按計劃推進，越南工廠半鋼子午胎擴產項目的首條輪胎也正式下線。這些項目的順利推進，為公司更好的滿足客户需求打了基礎。
公司作為行業內首家採用信息化技術控制生產全過程的企業，一直致力於智能製造、兩化融合等領域業務的推進與發展。近年來，公司先後獲批成為“國家智能製造試點示範企業”、“國家工業互聯網試點示範企業”、“國家物聯網集成創新與融合應用示範企業”及“國家服務型製造示範企業”。近日，公司“基於智能製造的輪胎企業工業大數據應用項目”成功入選國家工業和信息化部《2020年大數據產業發展試點示範項目名單》。
針對傳統輪胎行業數字化轉型困難等痛點，公司聯合軟控股份、青島科技大學、中國電信，阿里達摩院等合作伙伴，共同打造了“橡鏈雲”工業互聯網平台。該平台將助力公司數字化轉型升級，促進產業鏈上下游企業的集聚、融合，形成一個“開放、共生、共贏”的生態系統。公司還與科大訊飛全資子公司簽署戰略合作協議，攜手共建“橡膠輪胎行業人工智能聯合創新中心”，將聯合創建國內首個“橡膠工業設備聲紋庫”，促進人工智能和橡膠輪胎行業的深度融合。
